THE DECK OUTBACK OVERLOOKS OTTENS HARBOR.

TENANT IS TO BRING TRASH CAN TO CURB FOR PICKUP TUESDAY/FRIDAY MORNING, AND RECYCLING TUESDAY MORNING FOR PICKUP TRASH/RECYCLE CANS ARE TO BE BROUGHT BACK TO DESIGNATED SPOT BY HOUSE AFTER PICKUP. SEE ATTACHED DRAWING WHICH SHOWS DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS FRONT AND BACK. APON CHECKOUT ALL TRASH IS TO BE REMOVED FROM HOME. HOME IS TO BE VACUUMED AND TO BE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS FOUND. TURN OFF ANY LIGHTS, WINDOWS & DOORS ARE TO BE SHUT & LOCKED, BOTH KEYS TO BE PUT BACK IN LOCK BOX.
