Upon arriving at the farmhouse double  front doors lead in to a wide entrance hall with seating and spaces for coats and shoes,before stepping through to the lounge. An exposed brick inglenook fireplace with wood burner creates the focal point with comfortable sofas on which to relax and plan the following days activities. The SkyTV  and DVD will help with any downtime and ensure any must see programmes are not missed,here you will also find the double doors that lead out to the patio and swimming pool area. A second lounge allows guests to break off from the main group and features SkyTV and DVD to watch from the comfortable sofas and a fine selection of games and books. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything required to cook any celebratory meal and includes an electric oven and hob,microwave,fridge,freezer and a dishwasher,to help with the cleaning after. The kitchen island also provides a less formal place to eat while a large archway opens through to the bright and airy dining room where the more formal dining table allows for meals with views out over the rolling countryside,and a second wood burner to create a cosy atmosphere on even the coolest of nights. Beyond the kitchen is an inner hallway providing access to the fabulous games room in which guests can enjoy a game of snooker during any downtime with seating and cool drinks from the fridge. Also accessed from the rear hallway is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer,a shower room with shower and WC and the first of the bedrooms with a small 4 ft double bed. Ascending the stairs to the first floor,is the galleried landing with superb far reaching views providing access to the five remaining bedrooms. The first is a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made up as a twin on request),with impressive views and an en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC,the second bedroom is also a spacious super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request),the third is a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) while the remaining two bedrooms comfortably accommodate twin beds. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom incorporating a shower over bath and WC. It is likely that much time spent at this beautiful farmhouse will be spent outside with sweeping lawns planted with a wide variety of mature plants,and fruit trees providing plenty of space for children and pets to run off any excess energy. The ultimate space for entertaining would be the heated swimming pool,surrounded by patio and garden furniture with a pool house accommodating a changing area,creating a magnificent area for guests to enjoy. There is also a BBQ,perfect for al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for eight cars. More
