Weekend get away
This place was nothing short of fantastic! The morning/afternoon/evening views of the lake we’re amazing. The house was so clean when we arrived and we had the most amazing time just sitting out By the camp fire every night. Thank you so much Mark & Theresa for your hospitality!

Wonderful home away from home!
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house by the lake. The homeowners went above and beyond in providing a lovely, clean, organized, and well equipped home. We found everything we could possibly need ranging from board games and laundry detergent, to a kitchen stocked with handy appliances (such as a separate drinks refrigerator, and milkshake machine that our grandchildren loved). We had a beautiful view of the lake from the back porch. Swimming in the water was so relaxing and we had a great time using the kayaks. We also enjoyed playing corn hole and building a fire every night for roasting marshmallows. Our only mild inconvenience was a heat wave during our stay, although there were plenty of fans it would have been nice to have the option of AC. We had such a wonderful time and hope to return one day to this beautiful place.

We would love to welcome you back, and thank your granddaughter for the beautiful note. If we knew have much she fell in love with our “bears” we would have offered to have you take them with you. Winning giant stuffed animals at the NY State Fair is one of our favorite annual events!

Very nice pet friendly home.
Clean and loaded with amenities, beautiful sunrises and easy access to water for play or sport!
Absolutely zero issues! Would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a place to relax and play at an beautiful lake, fishing is above average and the water is clear and clean.

Excellent accommodations!
We found exactly what we were looking for in a first-time vacation home! The renter was easy to work with and answered all our questions promptly. The home was beautiful and comfortable. Our family of 5 appreciated the 3 bed/3 full bathrooms available. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing. It offered something for everyone: sun, shade, indoor games, outdoor games, relaxation, waterfront access -- you name it! We would definitely would consider returning if our schedules allow!

Spend some time relaxing by the water
This is a great place if looking to get out on the water, watch the lake from the deck, or just hang out around the house. The interior is extremely well maintained, with a decent sized dining room and living room downstairs, and an island kitchen. The upstairs has several nicely designed bedrooms. Looks to have been fully restored within the past several years. The back area has a deck, dining area, and grill for outdoor entertaining. Fire pit down by the water was perfect for evenings. Has own deck and plenty of opportunity for water sports -- kayaking, jet ski, etc. We will certainly be back.

Serene and relaxing!
Absolutely beautiful, cozy, very clean, and well stocked house! There was clean bedding, extra blankets, and plenty of towels. The kayaks, bikes, fire pit, rafts, and games were a great. It was a really nice family getaway.

Paradise
This lake house is amazing. The kitchen is something I dream about with top of the line appliances. We spent most of the time outdoors watching the kids play in the massive backyard or playing in the water. We took the kayaks out and that was a bonus not to have to bring our own. The firepit was used to roast marshmallows which the kids loved and a few mornings were spent drinking coffee at the end of the dock. I enjoyed waking up to the sunrise which we could see from our bedroom window. The only downside is there’s no handrail on the stairs to go to the 2nd floor. My husband is handicapped and that would have helped him handle the stairs. He still did them, but with difficulty. Thank you Mark and Theresa, we will remember this wonderful vacation forever, so many memories!!

Great vacation
Excellent accomadations, great location and pleasant surroundings. My children and grandchildren loved it. 1st non great lake cottage, it compares just as well, but you should take water shoes.

Lovely well appointed lakefront house
This is a very lovely, well appointed and excellently stocked lakefront home. It contained so many conveniences that it truly saved us time and energy going to the local store for missed items. It is convenient to several wineries, and excellent restaurants. Bikes, kayaks, games and inflatable lake floats were all appreciated. We arrived shortly after a very heavy bout of rain, causing a great deal of mud to accumulate in the bay, but a short walk off the pier was possible and therefore reduced the inconvenience. Our hosts were pleasant and responsive to texts.

Great family getawayay
We rented this beautiful house for my daughters graduation from Syracuse University. The minute we walked in we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well equipped this home was. There was plenty of room for my three kids and their friends. A great big thank you to the owner Mark who welcomed us with wine and was quick to respond to any questions before and during our trip. We would love to come back next time we are in the Syracuse area.
