This 7 acre property, just a short walk to one of the country's preeminent fly fishing rivers, will transport guests into a uniquely peaceful, bucolic setting with a sprawling lawn and gardens to enjoy in the summer, while an expansive victorian interior with a gourmet kitchen is suitable for memorable family and friend gatherings anytime of the year. Beaverkill Manor is located in the Catskills mountains in upstate New York in a small enclave called Peakville which sits on the lower Beaverkill River, a blue ribbon trout stream in the United States and home to the birthplace of American fly fishing. The house was built at the turn of the century by the Peak family and a short walk from the bottom of the driveway leads to a New York State fishing access site for fishing the Beaverkill and Trout Brook.
