The cottage is crammed with original features such as an original range open log fire in the lounge where double doors open onto picturesque farmland views which surround the house. Pets welcome! Very well equipped with a nice welcome pack. Great communication. Although it states sleeping is for 6 it does not really have the room for that many people to live comfortably. Perfect place for walking and for pets.

Lymefield Garden Centre is hugely popular with locals, includes a scrumptious tea room/restaurant surrounded by green fields. Broadbottom village has a good local cricket club, with a great playpark for children next to it. The Harewood Arms in the village is a hit with the locals. The property is at the start of the Longendale walking trail.
Getting around
This character-filled home has direct links to Manchester City Centre by train (20 mins) and is placed at the very start of the Longendale trail. The local village of Broadbottom has a top rate pub and a very popular large farmshop complete with tearoom/restaurant, butchers, deli and plant nursery.
