The property is located on Staten Island, that is one of New York City's five boroughs. Great neighborhood, quiet and walking distance to restaurants and local shops. Close to NJ Outerbridge Crossing Bridge. 30 minutes away from Jersey Garden Outlet Mall and Newark Airport.
Getting around
* A comfortable EXPRESS BUS which stops nearby (5 minutes walking distance) will take you to any part of Manhattan in 1 hour. * Alternatively, the Staten Island Ferry will bring you to downtown Manhattan. The car drive to the Staten Island (SI) Ferry is under 30 minutes via expressway. Nearby SI Ferry Terminal car park is $8 all day parking. The Ferry runs 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. * Or use an on ground train that will also take you to the Staten Island Ferry terminal and is 10-12 minutes walk away from my home.
