Located 500 metres from a beach, Navani villas are situated in a quiet and residential area of Grand Bay North. Its architecture marries both an exotic, functional and design aspect. The garden and swimming pool are fully private.
All Bedrooms are air conditioned and tastefully decorated. WIFI wireless internet connection and TV with satellite channels and DVD are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen such as bed sheeting, bath and pool towels, cloth, etc are provided.
A maid service is provided every day from 9h30am till 12h30pm (except Sundays and public holidays). A Mauritian cooking service can be provided as well as babysitting for children as requested. Pool cleaning and gardening maintenance are regularly carried out (three times a week).

Séjour parfait
Je vous recommande vivement cette villa , nous étions 8 . Le propriétaire se rend très disponible de la réservation au départ , Il est secondé par Ariane qui est une personne adorable et impliqué pour que notre séjour se passe bien . Les chambres sont grandes , spacieuses et propres . La femme de ménage nous a préparé de bons petits plats . Nous avons séjourné 15 jours en famille sans aucun soucis . Cela fait la deuxième fois que nous séjournons la bas et nous y retournerons dès que possible.

Absolutely Fantastic! Even before we arrived the owner Chiristophe was in contact to make sure he and his team knew what time we would be arriving to welcome us. Ariana was fantastic on arrival and made us feel so welcome and explained everything. We used the large Villa for five of us. Everything was beatiful and clean, the architecture, facilities, setting, location and just the beautiful private pools for every unit, made it that extra bit special. We will be back next time for sure! Thank you again.

On adore les villas navani pour avoir eu la chance d avoir louer les trois
Villa super bien situé on peut aller à pied dans le centre de grand baie supérette pas loin
Les villas sont très bien faite avec goût
Ariane la gouvernante est adorable et toujours dispo un grand plus
La wifi passe super bien ce qui est important pour les enfants
On reviendra c sure sûrement l hiver prochain
Et merci au propriétaire qu' on a eu la chance de rencontrer cette année la bouteille de rhum a été fort apprécier à très vite

Nous cherchions un bel endroit au calme, nous l'avons trouvé !
La maison est très agréable à vivre et a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa configuration autour de la piscine.
Elle est fonctionnelle et lumineuse. Le cadre est beau, et au calme.
Notons le chant des oiseaux qui était notre "réveil matin" !
Bien située proche des commodités de Grand Baie et de plusieurs plages qu'il est quand même plus prudent de rejoindre en voiture.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Superbe villa bien située
Très bon séjour à la villa navani, très fonctionnel, très propre on se croirait vraiment chez soi. Propriètaire joignable facilement et très gentil. Dommage que la piscine soit à l'ombre et pas chauffée.

Very comfortable and beautiful villa!
We stayed at Navani- 3 bedroom villa. There were three double bedrooms with good size beds. All three bedroom is isolated with the main lounge area. The villa is cleaned daily by a cleaner who can cook as well, if requested. We asked her to cook twice and she was very good. You need to pay extra for cooking or any other help like washing/ironing but it is reasonable.
The manager explained us everything in detail at the start.
The villa is very close to the nearby beaches. We rented a car and realized that it was a very good decision.
Soap, shampoo/conditioner is not provided. There is a nearby store where you can get all the basic groceries.

Luxury in Paradise - Navani Villa
Fabulous. The Navani villa in Grand Baie exceeded our expectations. Each of the self-contained sleeping areas were fantastically put together – Ceiling fan, AC, shower, toilet and huge beds (and were cleaned daily) as was the lounge/kitchen and pool. What isn’t sold as much online is this villa’s great location. There are many great beaches and restaurants very close by, short bus ride away or reasonable taxi fare away. In Grand Baie there are many places to shop, eat and sign up for excursions water activities and day trips e.g. Ile Aux Cerf. We’d also recommend the in-house cooking service offered. We utilised every aspect of this villa from the services, the pool and the location. We would definitely stay here again without any doubt.

Exceptional villa
We stayed at Navani for 2 weeks - the villa is hidden away, very private and in walking distance from shops and the beachs. A perfect place to forget about work. We were greeted by Ariane who gave us great tips on places to visit, supermarkets and places to eat. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday - highly recommend both the villa and the island - fantastic ! Thanks to Christophe and his complete Team.

Fabulous !
This was our first visit to Mauritius and we picked this villa because it had three double ensuite bedrooms, its own pool and was private. The location was great with Grand Bay within easy walking distance. The villa itself was of a very high standard with great facilities. We were greeted by Ariane who gave us great tips on places to visit, supermarkets and places to eat. Each day (except Sunday) Shirley arrived to discretely clean and tidy - she also offered to cook traditional Mauritian meals for us. The grounds and pool were also maintained frequently. Grand Bay was a good base from which to visit the island, including the Pamplemousses Botanical Gardens, the Bois Cheri tea plantation, the Trou aux Cerfs Volcano Crater and the beautiful beaches. We also took a boat trip to Ilot Gabriel where we snorkeled in the clear waters amongst the colourful fish. On our last day, Christophe (the owner) came to see us to check that everything was OK. All in all, a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday - highly recommend both the villa and the island - fantastic !

Superbe appartement cote plage
Appartement idéal pour les familles avec piscine et super patio. Très cosy et confortable, grandes chambres et belles salles des bains. Plage au-delà de la rue, Grand Baie et Pereybere à deux pas seulement. Supermarché tout près.Le proprietaire nous a organisé le service navette de l'aeroport (nous etions deux couples et un enfant) il nous a aidé pour louer une voiture et il nous a donné plein de bons conseils touristiques. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !
