Very clean and secure...lovely staff good location. Nice pool and bbq area..enjoyed are time.covered area in case of rain...I would return....

Family Friendly with Great Service, Quiet Location

This new small hotel is not exactly across from the Marriott as the description implies; it is actually a short distance away in a residential area of Noord. We booked four of the rooms for a family vacation for a week over New Year's, and this was the perfect atmosphere for a group like ours. Carlos, the general manager, and Jose, the onsite concierge, were extremely helpful and courteous. They both speak Spanish, and Carlos is working on his English; he did very well, but we didn't have trouble communicating anyway because they both had an app on their devices to translate back and forth since none of our group was fluent in Spanish. Anything we needed assistance with, they were both quick to supply with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and equipped with small refrigerators and coffee makers. A couple of things to note: there is no daily housekeeping, and linens and towels are changed every seven days during extended stays. There is a charge for clean towels or sheets otherwise, as well as a charge if you need additional toilet tissue (we just bought our own at the local supermarket). The pool area is beautiful, kept very clean, with numerous recliners, and the four children in our group especially loved it. There are several grills nearby for use of the guests, and each of the rooms had a small table and four chairs on its individual patio. Each room also was supplied with beach chairs and a large cooler on wheels. We never walked to the beach, but it could have been done in probably 15 minutes if we had chosen to walk instead of drive there. Marjorie, the owner, sent a helpful email with instructions prior to the trip and was quite pleasant to deal with by email. There was a cleaning deposit for each room, and I received each deposit back a week after our return with no issue. The entire experience was positive, and I would definitely recommend this rental. We hope to return there again!
