Experience the sweetest, romantic and most unique Dome in the Catskills! Right in our back yard, about 25 feet from our house.
Domeo is 12 feet tall at the peak, has two stars for skylights, and a moon in addition to a large bay window.
Ground level: Custom built Birch Table, two chairs, bench (used for extra sitting when renting for 4, or as a coffee table when renting for 2), bedroom with 1 full/double bed.

Remove Shoes inside.
Surveillance camera is present outside to view the driveway and entry to the dome.
You may grill & cook outside only (grill has a gas burner).
Only number of guests booked are allowed.
Children 16 y old and up only.
Domeo has an RV toilet. Use public restrooms anytime you are out. Tank holds 5.3 gallons of waste total.
There is a $25 charge to empty the tank, unless you are using it more than 3 nights. See rental agreement for details.

Perfect place to stay
My boyfriend and I found this “romantic and magical” Domeo to stay in for a night and it was everything we could ask for. Very cozy and very clean, and definitely lived up to its description of romantic and magical. Would highly recommend!

Perfect cozy and romantic dome
This is a great romantic and cozy dome with a beautiful interior with amazing decorations. Every detail in the interior is inexplicably gorgeous. It was also very clean, quiet, and was very warm even during the snowing weather. Ella and Doug (the owner) were very friendly and warmly welcomed us and was fast to respond to any questions we had. We'll visit again!

Amazing, cozy, perfect Dormeo
Had an amazing time at the Catskill Domeo! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable! Ella and Doug have done a great job with the little space!

Wonderful Space!
Ella and Doug's dome was truly magical. It was a small space but extremely cosy and comfortable. Everything was so well thought out. They amazed us with their creativity in building anf decorating this space. It made our trip special and memorable.

Magical yurt in the Catskills!
Loved every part of Ella's domeo - we will definitely return during ski season! The domeo was as beautiful as it looks in pictures, and being able to walk into town for dinner and breakfast was an added bonus. Thanks Ella and Doug!

A must see, a must stay!!!
We had an excellent time in the Dome in Hensonville...It is an extremely unique place to stay if you are ever in the Windham/Hunter area. Truly an inspiring type of lodging...and such great people as hosts!

About the neighbourhood
Just 2 miles from Ski Windham, 7 miles to Hunter Mountain. Located in Hensonville (part of Windham, NY)
Walking distance to grocery, diner, newly-opened brew pub / restaurant , and a 4 star restaurant. Off street parking. We are located in town, NOT "in the woods" and this beautiful Dome is right in our back yard. There are houses and neighbors near our house as you would see in any other town.
Near 100's of acres State Forest Preserves. Ideal for skiers, hikers, Mt. Bikers, fishermen, hunters, or just a relaxing stay in this quaint Catskills hamlet!
Walk to Nana Gail's Cafe for breakfast or lunch, or to Deli / Family Style Grocery for a sandwich or supplies- both a short walk away! Walk to Botavia Kill Creek.
Getting around
Free Village Shuttle to downtown Windham and Windham Mountain base during winter on weekends and holidays!
Local cab services throughout the mountaintop are also available, as well as Lyft and Uber.
You can get here by Bus from NYC, which will leave you within a short 2 minutes walk!
