Special Event Details This vacation rental home is available for special events allowing 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on teh Special Event Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without prior permission (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum. Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period.
