This vacation rental is located in Kitty Hawk, NC near the beautiful Outer Banks Beaches (with ample parking) and Back Bay. The unit has a private entrance to its own courtyard equipped with outdoor furniture and a grill. It is two stories unit, with a open living area downstairs, and bedrooms/bathrooms upstairs (there is powder room downstairs as well). We provide fresh sheets ,bedspreads, and towels.
The condo complex features a large outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court/pickle ball, a basketball area, playground equipment, and a club house for guests. Close to restaurants, shopping, golf, and bike trails. Excellent location.
Please note that we just installed smart TVs in all rooms, which will allow the streaming from your favorite platforms. TVs are preloaded with LG channels as ...

The boiler room , and the owner closet upstairs will be locked.Please follow the directions displayed on the frig about the disposal of food before washing the dishes (Condominium rules).Only guests included in the booking may stay on the property(max.occupancy is 4).Children are welcome, however the unit is not baby proof, and there is a staircase. AC: Please lower temp.gratually,and return to 75 on the last day. No smoking, please.

Summer Vacation in OBX
We stayed at Dana and Peter's condo last week. I can't say enough great things about this property. Condo was beautiful and spotless! Had everything we needed as far as housewares. Quiet and relaxing most importantly. Location was perfect, central to everything we like to do. Only one block to beach and a fantastic pool on the property. Dana is great! We will be back next summer.

Excellent Condo
This is a great condo. Perfect for one or two couples. Nice pool. Short 3 minute drive to the beach. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Everything you need for a great vacation
The condo was perfect. Spotless, well equipped from the kitchen to the beach supplies. The complex is tucked away from chaos of the main drag with a lot of open space and nice landscaping. The condo was cozy and spacious with an outside seating area and quiet quiet quiet Excellent communication by Dana and Peter before during and after our stay. The only regret we had was only having a week to stay. Hoping to revisit in the future. Thank you Dana and Peter!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable and clean condo. Very nice community pool. Very friendly residents. Close to everything. Family was extremely happy staying here. Special thanks to the owners.

Everything you need
This home was wonderful. The location, the beachy atmosphere of the place, the thoughtful things that were provided.
It felt like I didn't have to worry about a thing on my vacation. Forgot beach towels? Provided. Didn't have any room for an umbrella/chairs while packing? No worries -they have a shed full of summer fun.
We stayed for 5 nights and I wish we could have stayed for longer.
Thank you Dana & Peter for hosting such a comfy place to call home while away from home.

Wonderful!
This rental is super clean and close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. It is located in a quiet community, away from the traffic. You can also spend time relaxing at the pool. Dana and Peter have everything that you need while staying here. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back!

Excellent Experience/Beautiful Condominium and Location
The room was available 2 hours sooner than our check in time and Dana and Peter sent us a text the minute it was done being cleaned and ready for check in which was amazing because our 7 year old was ready for a break after our long travels there! The minute we walked in it was impeccable! The cleanliness was amazing. It had more than expected as far as toiletries and cleaning supplies, all you could possibly need for the beach as far as chairs, umbrellas, even sand toys for children, extra beach towels, there was plenty of hand sanitizer, tissues, there was even extra laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid! The area was beautiful a safe location especially for families with young children! And throughout the vacation the owners had messaged us wished us a happy Fourth of July and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay! My husband and I plan on staying with them many times in the future for our family vacations! We could not recommend this location enough for other people to enjoy as much as we did! I can’t speak highly enough about the owners, The condominium itself, and the perfect location of where it’s at in Kitty Hawk Outer Banks! Our families vacation was beyond our expectations because of our stay at Dana and Peters place!

Fabulous place to stay!
If you want a fabulous place to stay that is clean and has everything you'll need, this is the place! Owners responded back quickly and were happy to answer any questions we had. Great location close to the beach! We had everything we needed. It was like our home away from home! Can't wait to come back!

Very Welcoming!
I don't normally give reviews but this condo deserves one! We travel a lot and it was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The condo had everything you could need or want while away from home. I wish we would've looked in the storage on the patio before we bought beach items because they have it all. Thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your condo.

Wonderful location with everything you need
We were so grateful we found this location! It was a quick drive over to the beach and our little girl who didn't love the ocean waves, loved the pool that was a short walk away from the house. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. It was clear they had thoughtfully stocked the house with supplies and extras which was so appreciated. There were even beach chairs and umbrellas so we didn't have to rent! Although a couple walls are shared, we never heard our neighbors - it was a great quiet little community tucked away and we liked that. The rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful. A great little spot that we highly recommend!

There is a lot of points of interest nearby. Walking distance to the newly opened Mexican restaurant (very short walk, right by the complex).
Walking distance to the Sound (longer walk).
You will find also near Sandy Run Park, with beautiful walking paths, birds turtles and fish to watch.
A lot of biking/walking paths in this area, some of the best of Outer Banks.
Lone Cedar Café (Causeway) has the couple of ospreys nesting right outside the restaurant windows. There is a baby in the nest right now. Nice place to visit among all the other multiple choices.
