Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Beautiful
The cabin was beautiful with lots of nice perks. J Kelly was extremely responsive and very helpful with recommendations and very detailed directions. The view from the porch was magnificent! The cabin was nicely furnished with lots of little extras that don't always come with cabins like condiments and spices in the kitchen and some shampoo and soaps in the bathrooms. It was very clean and comfortable. The cabin is conveniently located to Asheville and there is a large Ingles grocery nearby.

About the neighbourhood
This cabin is truly remarkable - everyone who visits absolutely loves this place! It has it all: all the comforts of a very well-equipped home, in a setting that will astound and enliven you. There's a sense of peace and calm you'll immediately feel when you enter the bright, open floor plan, look out over endless views, and settle into the cabin's peaceful, private setting. Enjoy some time on the deck, taking in 180 degree views of rolling farmland, endless mountain ridges, and an ever-changing sky. Watch as hawks and eagles soar gracefully upward on thermal air currents. See how magically the sky changes at sunrise and sunset. Look up into the night sky to see more stars than you've seen in years. Soak in the indulgently luxurious hot tub on the top of the world. Walk the grounds, its private road and trails, and discover the amazing diversity of native plants and flowers. And take time to listen to the bubbling spring-fed stream that flows behind the cabin. The cabin itself is a completely modern and fully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home of beautifully furnished and decorated living space. Nothing is overdone, yet the cabin has everything you'll need to relax, feel at home, and thoroughly enjoy your time here. And, while you may be tempted to spend all of your time at the cabin, there is so much to see in and around Asheville. That's when you realize that the cabin is ideally located. Just a quick and easy 15 minute drive, and you're in the fun and funk of downtown Asheville. Everything this area offers - from hiking to shopping, from the Biltmore to the Smoky Mountains, is an easy drive from the cabin. Former guests have said they're reluctant to write reviews so that they can keep this cabin the best-kept secret in Asheville...You honestly can't find a more ideal combination of natural beauty, cabin comfort, and proximity to everything in Asheville and WNC.
