This property is situated just outside the attractive town of Braunton,with its interesting array of shops,and range of restaurants,pubs,and takeaways,in fact,guests need never cook if they fancy taking a break from the daily chores. Just outside the town,is Braunton Burrows,England’s largest sand dune system,which provides a lovely backdrop for scenic seaside walks. Just a few miles from the property are some of the region’s best beaches,including Saunton Sands,Croyde,and Woolacombe,whilst within a fifteen minute drive,the vibrant harbour town of Ilfracombe has a number of restaurants,and boasts a huge sculpture by the artist Damien Hirst overlooking the town’s quay. One of the property’s bedrooms is located on the ground floor: a twin room,next to which is the property’s bathroom,a large room with a bath,separate shower,and WC. Upstairs,there are two further bedrooms: a king-size room and a second twin. All of the bedrooms benefit from their own TV/DVD,radio,and a hairdryer. To the rear of the property is a large enclosed private garden with a patio area,seating and a BBQ,as well as a lawn. There is also secure storage provided for bikes,surfboards and wetsuits.
