Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.

Lots to Love in Lyndoch!
Sometimes it’s the little things… At Azalea Cedar Rose all the big things were wonderful but what we really enjoyed were the little things! It seemed everywhere we looked in this beautiful cottage there was another personal touch that brought a smile to our faces. We loved it and hope to be back soon! Jack & Sue

Enchanting Vineyard Cottage
From the moment we walked in the front doors we felt transported to another place, and fell in love! Everything about this property is brimming with charm and rest. The furnishings and decor had absolute attention to detail with every room having its own personality - the rustic charm was magical. The spa overlooking the cottage gardens to the vineyard was tranquil and majestic. We loved the fireplace, we had the comfort of air conditioning, really well appointed kitchen, immaculately clean throughout. We enjoyed drinking wine in our own garden, the fire pit area was really generous and the delphiniums, rose arches, and geraniums matched the rustic heritage feel of this authentic old building. The property literally backs on to a beautiful vineyard. Walking through town and wine tasting at the local vineyards was incredible, loved the brewery a block away too. The bird life was vibrant and entertaining! The kids loved having their own space and the DVD collection and hidden sweets amongst the rooms were a great treat for them (plus great wi-fi… they are teenagers after all). Our family loved every moment in this place and didn’t want to leave! Suzie and Steve were the perfect hosts with the right balance between attentive care and space. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to families or couples, it truly is a wonderfully unique, enchanting getaway.

Happy Cast & Crew
I am a Lyndoch resident and I booked Jasmine Cottage for four cast & crew members who were working on a night shoot for a week in Lyndoch and required a comfortable, QUIET place to stay. I was very pleased when I was told that they all LOVED the house and slept very well and were very happy with their stay. Will book again for future film shoots and if I ever need accommodation close by for friends or family. Also, Suzie was VERY responsive to any queries that I had that arose before, during and after the booking. THANK YOU SUZIE! 🌸💕

Great Place for a family reunion
We had a great family reunion at this wonderful villa. Lots of stylish bedrooms to choose from. Loved the green room with stunning views. Has a large kitchen/dining area with BBQ & outside eating area with views of the vines & Barossa hills. Only a short walk to the shops, bakery & local pub and sort drive to many cellar doors. The kids brought their bikes & were abe to ride along the designated pathway passing many vineyards. Book this accommodation and you will enjoy it as much as we did.

French Provincial Manor in the Barossa Valley.
Bespoke furnishings paired with antique heirlooms create an elegance to this quintessential French Provincial styled homestead! The property is flooded with natural light & stunning views of the gardens & Barossa vineyards. Gorgeous colour palettes add a timeless sophistication. Generous provisions, beautiful toiletries, kindling & logs for the open fire all made us feel relaxed & filled the homestead with a warm ambience. Luxurious couples spa overlooking the gardens, felt very pampered, separate bathrooms caters for up for 10 guests! Perfect location to unwind & enjoy a decadent weekend..or two! Highly recommended!

Perfect wedding preparation cottage
This place set the most incredible light-filled mood for my wedding day. The photographer and videographer were so delighted by all the natural light and said it was just a joy to capture the events there. Suzie was fantastic in helping us (through many different plans lol) to create the perfect day that suited us to a tee. It was so special to have such a beautiful cottage, that was big enough to accommodate both the bridesmaids and groomsmen so we could share the whole time together. If there are any brides reading this, I would highly recommend this place as a wedding preparation venue, but also just as a relaxing (amazing spas, awesome views, all the amenities you need) place to ground yourself in the Barossa.

Wonderful cottage in Barossa!
This is such a lovely property, you won’t find a better cottage. The beds are super comfy and you have all the facilities you could ever think of. The owners have put such care in the house and the beautiful garden. There’s a fire pit for marshmallows and hanging out at night, it backs onto a vineyard which is just gorgeous. We loved being there and will definitely return. It is much better than staying at the Novotel where all the drunks and hens/bucks party tend to stay. Where your neighbours will be up all night. If you can bear to cater yourself, this is definitely the place to be!

Perfect for a girls getaway!
This gorgeous and feminine house in Lyndoch was the perfect base for our girls getaway! It was stocked with great breakfast provisions, a bottle of wine & some firewood. The beds were super comfortable and the bath was superb! The location was amazing too. A short, easy walk to the little township which includes a great little pub, an IGA supermarket and a cafe & bakery! What else could you need? Lyndoch is also the perfect location to visit all the wineries and other attractions the area has to offer as everything seems to be within 15 minutes drive. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for more!
