Perfect beach house!
On my way home from a wonderful beach trip! This house was perfect for my family of 6 and 2 small dogs. The screened in porch was so nice for sitting when it was rainy. When it was sunny - there are 2 Wrap around decks with tons of furniture including a hammock and porch swing! The house was SO CLEAN - which is most important for me! The only warning I would give is although there is beach access directly across the street - between the house itself and the beach access - there are many steps to climb. If you don’t mind - this house is beautiful, clean, comfortable, affordable and a great location, if you’re not staying on the beach. Nice little town center just a few blocks away too! Thank you for an amazing week!

Wonderful Beach Vacation!
Great vacation! Would highly recommend this beautiful beach home! Perfect location...directly across the street from beach access! Home is decorated beautifully with a cute beach theme throughout. There are wrap around decks on both levels with plenty of seating and an outdoor shower. Also a fully stocked kitchen and screened porch. Just a short walk from the adorable Town Center with a couple restaurants, quaint gift shops, pickleball courts and retro putt putt. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for this vacation home!

SO CUTE!
We loved this house! The decks wrap all the way around on 2 levels so there’s always a cool spot. It was decorated so cutely! Walk to the beach was easy!! Can’t wait to go back!

Best Beach Cottage Rental
Wonderful! Great pet friendly location with easy access to beach right across the street! Fun beach decor with open living area and nice screened porch. Outdoor deck swing and hammock with back yard fire pit and shaded picnic area under house, Loved the outdoor shower area, Will be coming back for sure

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay in the home. The location was great with the beach access right across the street. Easy walk for our kids 10 years and younger. Couldn’t beat the price!

Awesome Beach house
This is a beautiful beach home. It has beach access right across the street. You can hear the waves splash from the outdoor patio. I had the best time there. This house is completely worth every penny. When I stayed it was quiet and peaceful. I will definitely stay again. Thank you

A charmer at the beach!
We have stayed for two years in a row now at this house and just love it. It is so nicely decorated and accommodating. It is right across from beach access which is a plus for us. This is a quiet area and we have thoroughly enjoyed the time with our family here.

Best place to stay at Topsail Beach
Just love this house!!!!! Beautiful decor throughout. Great views from the front deck and the back deck. Located just across from the entrance to the beach: So convenient.

Best vacation spot in years!
This house was the perfect spot for me and my girlfriend and our close friends. Close to the beach and close to town. House was very updated and clean and also has board games/ puzzles for nightly fun. Weather was amazing with nice cool walks at night. Topsail Beach has a very inviting atmosphere and we will be coming back!
