As an extension of the tropically-themed PalmTreeHouse upstairs apartment, you may book the PalmTreeHut simultaneously for parties of four, or go solo on your Wilmington excursion.

Guests are asked to refrain from activities that would be audible outside the premises, or disturbing to guests upstairs. We do not allow parties on the premises, and quiet hours are 11:00pm to 9:00am.
There is a security camera that monitors the parking area, for the mutual security of guests and hosts.
