We rented this condo for 3 1/2 months this summer and it is in a secure building within easy walking distance to downtown Wilmington . We were very comfortable and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for short term rental near downtown Wilmington

This unit is our private residence and we are entrusting our possessions to the renter. We are non-smokers and respectfully request that you do not smoke inside. We are only interested in renting for the full 4-6 months during the Summer 2018 and are not interested in monthly or weekly rental inquiries. This unit is located in a quiet residential building, so if you are anticipating a party-pad, this is not the unit for you. However, if you are looking for a quiet and comfortable retreat to relax and unwind, within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and bars this is the perfect rental opportunity.

The outdoor private patio provides the perfect place to grow your own herbs and tomatoes in pots, and entertain. Sorry, under HOA rules, outdoor grills and heaters are not allowed.

Condo is within easy strolling distance or a free Trolley ride to Historic Downtown Wilmington N.C, the Riverwalk, the new Convention Center, and PPD. The Brooklyn Arts Center which hosts music/art venues is less than a block away, as are neighborhood pubs that hosts live local musicians. This area is considered to be the Brooklyn Arts District with many art galleries close by, and many participate in the monthly 4th Friday Art Walk, encouraging drop-in traffic and offering wine and appetizers. The Cape Fear Wilson Center is a block away.
