1. Realizar el pago de la garantía contra daños a su llegada por la cantidad de 2,000 pesos, los cuales en caso de no existir se reembolsan a su salida.
2. Firmar de un Contrato de Renta Vacacional para lo cual será necesario enviar su identificación oficial y comprobante de domicilio.
3. No se pueden celebrar fiestas, eventos o cualquier otro tipo de celebración que altere la tranquilidad del Condominio.

Todo como se pactó
Muy amable orbelin y la persona que cuida la casa súper amable siempre apoyándonos en todo lo que se le pidió , la limpieza por parte de él excelente , lo único que no me gusto fue que la alberca no tiene calefacción es muy fría para mi gusto pero la casa excelente y el trato también , les aconsejo llevar mucho repelente
