No vale lo que cobran
El espacio era muy bonito - pero ya no cuenta con los servicios que antes tenia y por el precio esperas.. Ya no cuenta con juegos para niños, restaurante o areas comuns. El acceso es terrible. Parece que el projecto esta en litigio y por eso tuvieron que dividir el espacio. Muy triste. Las cabañas son lindas, el personal atento- sin embargo ya no vale lo que cobran.

Los tents están increíbles, el lugar es muy tranquilo y se siente mucha paz. Y el servicio es muy bueno, todas las personas del lugar fueron muy atentas, Sergio, Francisco e Ismael.

Un lugar formidable
Excelente lugar para relajarse, conectar con la naturaleza y pasar tiempo de calidad en familia o en pareja. El personal es muy atento y servicial, están al pendiente en todo momento. La iluminación por la noche es algo que no puedes dejar pasar para las fotos coquetas, la vida silvestre te sorprende gratamente porque todos son hermosos. En cuanto a la tienda quedé fascinada con la construcción de las tiendas, solo me gustaría que el baño de la recamara principal también tuviera puerta deslizable. En la tienda cuentas con todos los servicios básicos necesarios, el agua es abundante y caliente y el toque del azador y la chimenea wowwwww. De verdad que no veo la hora de regresar! Por cierto, si quieren privacidad la Tent Castaña es la opción 😉

Como estar en el bosque con todas las comodidades, muy limpio.y cuidado. Excelente diseño de las cabañas, los baños muy comodos. Experiencias y lugares muy bien pensados y diseñados. Todos muy atentos y buscando mejorar tu experiencia. Una duda... de cuantos litros de agua es el jacuzzi? 😉

El lugar está espectacular, lo recomiendo mucho para ir en familia. La comida deliciosa y todos en general son súper atentos. El jacuzzi en la tienda es un detalle increíble

Excelente servicio, lastima el ruido
El lugar es increíble, muy cómodo y el servicio de todos los empleados, en especial Sergio, es óptimo.
Su servicio de restaurante y la comida también están muy buenas. Incluye el desayuno y puedes escoger entre varias opciones.
Las tiendas traen todo lo que necesites para tener una excelente estadía, agua caliente y excelente wifi, entre otros.
En las madrugadas hace frío a pesar del calentador, tomen sus precauciones.
Todo fue maravilloso, excepto por el ruido, ya que dentro de las tiendas se escucha TODOO, literal todo lo que pasa en las tiendas cercanas.
En nuestro caso, tuvimos unos vecinos bastante ruidosos (gritos y sonidos muy explícitos durante sus encuentros sexuales de día y de noche), también tuvimos otros vecinos (otra tienda), que no cumplieron el reglamento de no poner música ni hacer fiestas en su estadía.
Adicionalmente, aunque no se admiten perros en el lugar, varios perros de alguna casa cercana ladraron toda la noche.
Definitivamente voy a regresar, porque más allá de estos inconvenientes del ruido, la experiencia fue increíble, pero llevaré tapones para poder descansar de noche la próxima vez.
