North Bank is a large grade 2 listed bungalow overlooking the river Eamont, with a large private garden with decking area and Hot Tub.
After the devastating floods in Dec 2015 North Bank has a total refurbishment keeping in charcher of this marvelous bungalow.
North Bank is very spacious and tastefully decorated, ideal for the larger family or large groups.
Penrith is a 10 minute walk into the lovely market town and within easy driving distances to explore the Lake District.
The large country style kitchen looks into the large back garden. The lounge and living rooms are both very spacious with high ceilings and plently of comfortable sofas and chairs. Both the lounge and dining room have a large log burner.

Had a great week at North bank, there were issues with the heating when arrived but Alison sorted it out promptly. The Bungalow is near the A66 which was good for getting to all of the fantastic places in the Lake District . The Bungalow itself was plenty big enough for the 9 of us and didn't even have to...

Railway: Penrith : 3.0 km
FROM THE M6 MOTORWAY
Exit at Junction 40, and take the A66 eastbound to Scotch Corner. Travel along dual carriageway to next roundabout and take the 4th exit A6 Shap road, you will immediately go down a hill to a bridge with traffic lights, Go through the lights and immediately turn right down Skirsgill Lane, (DO NOT GO OVER THE BRIDGE) the river will be on your left hand side keep coming up the lane and North Bank is the last house on the right hand side, drive up the drive and car parking is the graveled area behind North Bank. Please gain entry via the back door.
FROM THE A66 SCOTCH CORNER
At Penrith take the 1st exit from roundabout and you will immediately go down a hill to a bridge with traffic lights, Go through the lights
