A beautifully converted lower section of an old threshing barn / cowshed – Boskins takes its name form the old dividers used in the cowshed which have been carefully re-purposed into the conversion.

Located a the foot of the Rawthey valley approx 1 mile outside the village of Sedbergh and with views of the Howgills and surrounding hills and dales. This two bed cottage is a haven to come back to after a busy day exploring either the Yorkshire dales or the Lake district (Kendal is a 12 miles, Hawes 16 miles)

The sympathetic conversion has exposed timbers and stonework, combines with modern conveniences of underfloor heating / modern kitchen and bathrooms to give a exquisite combination of both old and new.

Situated in the picturesque landscape of the Yorkshire Dales National Park in the shadow of the dramatic Howgill Fells, it is a haven for walkers young and old. Sedbergh is 1 mile away with all the local amenities you require including several pubs, chip shop, chinese and indian takeaways, cafes, Spar, as well as doctors, dentists and chemist.
Kendal is 12 miles away with an array of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and is the gateway to exploring the Lake District. Lake Windermere, with all its outdoor pursuits is under a hour away.
