How to get there
The postcode for Birdsgrove House is DE6 2BP but this road is very long and our estate confuses sat nav. For this purpose, we suggest you use DE6 2BP which is Birdsgrove Lane and takes you to Hope Cottage, which is within our estate, to the rear of Birdsgrove House. Birdsgrove House itself is actually located at the bottom of a private drive, directly from the A52, Swinscoe Hill. If you are approaching from Ashbourne, you will follow the A52 signposted to Leek. You will go past a Pub called The Royal Oak on your right and Shentons Garage on your left. You will continue over a bridge over the River Dove and continue as the road veers round to the right. There will be a large, left hand junction to Mayfield, please do not take this turn. Continue past and you will see a large white cottag...
