We take our cleanliness very seriously at No 31, Mattress and Pillow protectors are changed after each and every guests stay. Every effort is made to ensure your stay is one you will want to repeat. Quality bed linens, Goose feather and down duvets (Hypoallergenic duvets available on request) and Christy fluffy towels, The White Company toiletries are all part of the pleasure of a stay at No 31 plus plenty of little extra thoughtful touches. The bathroom has a power shower over a low bath. Toilet rolls and hand soaps provided. We're pleased to announce we have just won an award from Theo Paphitis for being best small business. Our Beautiful house is perfect for a holiday away any time of the year with family and friends, ideal for families. Above average equipped kitchen as well as the standard appliances it also comes equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer (washing liquid and softener provided) and dishwasher (tablets provided) we also leave most of the things you will need for a lovely stay and lots of extras you so often don't find elsewhere all you should need is your food! We also have Denby crockery as standard. Along with lots of coffee, tea, milk and sugar, we also leave you a lovely selection of goodies to welcome you after your journey. Ample living space with plenty of seating and includes a 40' flat wide screen TV with Freeview, a DVD player and Wifi. The dining area seats 4 has a view of our beautiful enclosed sunny garden. We also have a huge selection of tourist leaflets, books, games and a lots cycling, walking guides to the area are in the bookcase FREE UNLIMITED WIFI and Broadband we even have 4G (subject to your mobile provider) in the house and garden. The patio area in the garden is south facing; patio furniture and a gas barbecue/utensils are provided. There is an available outdoor space (lockable shed) to store cycles and other outdoor equipment There is a Private drive for safe Off road parking which is not very steep and levels off at the top and a 8' ~ 9' step which is a front porch area before entering the house. WE LET BY THE WEEK - regrettably no short breaks are available. No Pets Non Smoking Property. Explore the hills and dales of Derbyshire and The Peak District National Park from here with spectacular views of the Derwent Valley just round the corner behind the house ideal for an evenings walk and watch the sun go down or why not make use of our Picnic bag and eat alfresco Ideal for cyclists and site seeing, it is not far from the town center and its Award winning High Street, on foot, by car or by local bus for unique shops and award winning restaurants and pubs with the famous North Mill a UNESCO world heritage site plus a market every second Saturday of the month all lure you into this historic town. Really cosy, well cared for and well equipped bungalow. Everything you could think of needing. Lovely garden with seating and lawn for little one to run around. Let them know if you’re taking bikes so they can make space in the shed.More

Getting around
Derbyshire prides itself on being accessible almost everywhere by public transport so you shouldn't have any problems getting around if you don't have a car. I have lots of transport timetables for Derbyshire at the house. If you are travelling by train or bus to Belper due to Taxi licensing laws i am unable to collect you, however i can arrange transportation from town to the house . Please let me know prior to arriving. NB~ Maps of how to find the house will be sent once the final payment is received.
