Lovely light dining area that seats 10 people with patio doors leading out to the patio area.

Office area to work away from home.
View at the back of the house towards the playing fields and childrens play area.
Steps leading from the patio area to the rear garden.  Supervision of young children recommended.

It's ideally located to visit the numerous sights and attractions in the Peak District & Derbyshire Dales. Great for walkers and cyclists with secure storage for your bikes. The house is maintained to a very high standard and has everything you need to make your holiday perfect. There's four double bedrooms, one has a King Size bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. Two others have double beds and the fourth has two single beds that can be linked together on request to form a Superking bed.
