Spacious, newly renovated 3 bedrooms 1,9sq ft. Basement apartment. Located in a easily walkable neighborhood with over 60 merchants including several restaurants and retailers, a grocery store and cleaners. If a cleaners is not necessary the apartment also includes an insuite washer and dryer!!!!!
