Perfectly located,roomy, quaint three bedroom cottage. Very well equipped kitchen, immaculate. The welcome basket was wonderful. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for dining . The take out Chinese across the road has great duck pancakes. I would highly recommend Nicholas cottage for a family get away. Ample bathroom facilities also allow for easy sharing for 6 people

We had a great weekend at St Nicholas Cottage it is very well furnished and has a lovely outside space with table and chairs. The owners met us on arrival and were very accommodating I would definitely recommend this Cottage and will stay there again.

Beautiful cottage spotlessly clean in an excellent location with the added advantage of parking and its own lovely garden

We have one master bedroom with an en-suite and a twin room. The third bedroom is available as either a twin or a king room (please notify us of your preference upon booking).

The cottage has one family bathroom complete with a bath and shower. The bathroom is fitted with a shaving point. There is a small downstairs toilet.

Towels can be provided at a price of £5 per pack. Each pack includes a hand towel and a bath towel.

Payment terms - £100 deposit to secure booking, full payment required 6 weeks prior to commencement. Please send cheques to the following address: The Old Stables, Cromer Road, Overstrand, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 0NT. Please can you make them out to Ian Wells. Bed linen is provided. Towels are available upon request at an additional charge of £5 per pack. Each pack includes a hand towel and a bath towel. We ask for a £200 damage deposit, payable by cheque 6 weeks prior to your stay. This will be returned to you shortly after your stay provided there is no damage. The rate includes use of our garage, which is located a 3 minute walk from the property and accommodates 1 car. Please feel free to make enquiries.

St Nicholas’s cottage is perfectly situated in the heart of Sheringham, just a short stroll to the seafront and beach. There are five pubs nearby offering food and real ale. For the more energetic there is Beeston Bump from where there are excellent views of the coastline and surrounding countryside. Just a short walk away, there is the North Norfolk Steam Railway which is popular with young and old alike. Special Thomas the Tank and 1940s weekends are just a few events regularly scheduled.

There are: 3 golf courses, a karting track, tennis and squash courts and fishing lakes all within a couple of miles. There is Cromer surf school for those wanting to learn a new hobby.
