The location is fantastic and the townhouse has everything you need for a great holiday. Lovely to look out the windows to the sea, would stay again and again and would recommend it to any one.

Wonderful time at a fabulous house . This is our second time visiting the house , this year we brought friends that didn't know Felixstowe and thought it was just a container port ! They had no idea it was such a lovely town ....More

Stunning area, step out of the front door and you're facing the quiet promenade and undisturbed sea and a great local park for the kids. Enjoy a lovely walk on the Landguard Peninsula nature reserve or walk up the Felixstowe Promenade, enjoy the Felixstowe seafront gardens or venture into town for shopping, pubs and restaurants
Getting around
Enjoy walking in the local area. Great trips which don't require a car include the Landguard Fort, there's an hourly cheap ferry that takes you across the Harbour to Harwich which is a great place with lighthouses, maritime museum, Bedoubt Fort and a light vessel x-pirate radio station, LV18. Enjoy sand toys on the beaches and gentle amusements within comfortable walking along the promenade.
A car is needed if you want to explore Suffolk further afield, including Ipswich, Bury St Edmonds, Dedham Vale and Colchester, all great day trips.

Because the development is new, the road and postcode do not yet appear on Google Maps. In the meantime you can set your device for 209 Langer Road, Felixstowe IP11 2ED. Our postcode is IP11 2GG and this now works on Waze.

From London you’ll be heading for the A12. It’s a very pleasant straight drive, with 51 miles of straight road. Felixstowe is signposted all the way. At the very first roundabout, turn on to the A14 (E) heading to Felixstowe. This is junction 55 of the A14.f
Once on the A14 (E) east of Ipswich at the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit to Port of Felixstowe Road/A14. At the next roundabout, go straight across, taking the 2nd exit to Walton Avenue/B154.
