Loom Cottage (far side) in  Spinners Lane.  These are the 1st cottages on the right as you enter.
Loom/access to rear entrance via wrought iron gate (on right).
Very comfy, cosy front room, lots of up to date dvds, blu ray player, games, wide book collection.
Comfy, well furnished room. 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofabed, armchair, footstool. Leads to hallway.
Front Room (very comfy)... Bench outside front door for sitting and watching the world go by!
Great selection of Blu-Ray dvds/games/books. Comfy and cosy front room. Bed settee for extra guests.
Hallway leading to kitchen/diner
Downstairs Bathroom with power shower over bath, shower switch in hallway. Shower switch in hallway.
Kitchen/Diner   Seating for 4. Stable door to back yard/ outdoor seating. Have breakfast outside!
Well stocked kitchen/diner. Electric touch control hob/ electric oven/ washer/dryer. Ample crockery.

Cosy and homely 2nd bedroom, entered via landing from stairs (not steep) with handrail.
The garage is clearly marked, about halfway straight down The Lane, a few metres from Loom Cottage.
The far end of Spinners Lane leads to nearby S-wold Common,  where there is additional free parking.
Award winning Southwold Pier, see the quirky amusements, try the putting green, or the boating lake.
Past Blyth Hotel, straight on past Crick Court,  shops (other side). 300m to Spinners Lane turning.
Turn right at John Bennetts Shop into Spinners Lane. Marks Fish + Chip Shop is further on the left.

An absolutely wonderful stay. The cottage is perfect and feels so homely and clean. Kerry the owner was a dream and left my partner a bottle of prosecco and a birthday card as I mentioned it was his bday - really kind. 10 min slow walk from the beach and right next to the town! Lovely, we will be back!

Wow, what a perfect little cottage in our favourite seaside town for our second English honeymoon. The cottage is perfect, clean and tidy and the best location for everything you could need- including for our little doggy Rudi. Can't wait to return- hopefully very soon!

Booked a 5 night stay through TripAdvisor which was 100% easy. The cottage is just off the beaten track off the north side of the High Street. We've hardly used the car which has had a holiday too all locked up in a garage. Easy level walk to so many attractions, restaurants, shops, the pier & of course the beach....

A semi-detached, attractive, white washed cottage with character features set in an idyllic setting. The downstairs bathroom has a power shower positioned over the bath, and the property has full electric central heating plus a well equipped kitchen/diner area. The fridge includes an icebox section, and there is a fully equipped kitchen/diner with a washer/dryer. There is a 32ins flatscreen TV ( with freeview ), and Blu Ray DVD player in the lounge , along with a very good range of books and DVDs, and games. There is ample seating for 6/7 people including a bed settee for other potential visitors ( there may be an extra charge per person ). The nearest train station is Darsham, with routes via Liverpool Street.<BR>Darsham is just a 20 mins cab or car drive to the property.<BR>Accessed initially via the M25 ( from London ), and then on the main A12.<BR>On entering Southwold pass over Might Bridge ( after Reydon ) proceed along The High Street ( past the Blyth Hotel and a small parade of shops on the right side of the road ). John Bennetts Architect Office and shop (on the right side of the road ) marks the entrance into Spinners Lane, the garage is straight ahead down the lane, and is clearly marked. It is not the small white garage next to Loom.
