Manor House
Gaddens is delightfully situated in over 17 acres of private grounds within the New Forest National Park. Explore the numerous trails and paths within the gardens, whilst also keeping an eye open for our local wildlife.
This charming manor house wing offers completely self-contained accommodation, furnished throughout. Located across two floors, there are 4 double bedrooms,4 shower rooms, sleeping up to 9 guests, together with a kitchen, large lounge with wood burner, entrance hall and cloakroom.
The location within its own woodland garden Is ideal for holiday breaks for celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries, and reuniting friends or family.
Our minimum charge is for 2 nights and we are always pleased to quote for more extended stays.

Interaction with guests: Gaddens wing is private and peaceful, there is always a contact for assistance if needed.
Lots of secure space for children/ bikes, the most noise you will hear will be the clip clop of a passing riding group!

We celebrated my wife 70th with the family it was perfect every thing we need was there we enjoyed using the braai. We would be using it again.

A magnificent setting for our Golden Wedding celebration
This arts and crafts style house was in all respects comfortable and enjoyable. The extensive grounds were so attractive that we did not leave to explore the New Forest at all! All facilities were excellent, and the grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool table.

Lovely stay
Stayed from Fri to Sunday, easy to find, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful. Everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and comfy beds. Lovely stay and would book again in the future.

An amazing house full of charm in a fairyland setting
A beautiful base for our mini holiday with family and friends. Fantastic garden and wildlife - we even spotted ourselves a hunter in the garden! Kids loved the driveway area for their scooters and the privacy of the gate made us grown ups feel safe to let them explore the grounds (with walkie-talkies) 😁

Beautiful house and setting.
This a lovely peaceful place to stay. Six adults, two boys and one baby - and we all had plenty of room over our four-day stay. We went to celebrate my 70th birthday.
The interior is elegant but homely, warm and comfortable. There's a drying room from the back door, so very useful for wet clothing. The house is very well-equipped. There are some beautiful features (Arts and Crafts window catches, brickwork,etc.)
Outside, the grounds are lovely with a range of shrubs, mature trees and little paths. There are electric gates just for this property, which make it very safe for children. We cooked en famille but can recommend the Koh Thai in Ringwood.

Excellent stay in lovely setting
Really lovely house in an amazing setting. We all loved our stay here. We were very comfortable and the wood fire and pool table were nice added bonuses. The grounds and the surrounding areas were lovely!! Thanks for having us

Fantastic Property
This property exceeded all our expectations. The setting & location was excellent and the amenities provided were first class. Although our stay was only 2 days we can highly recommend this property and would certainly visit again.

Lovely family accommodation
This property is right in the new forest a beautiful setting for a holidays. We stayed for 4 days to attend a family wedding near by. The children loved it. Perfect for our stay.

Great large 4 bed venue - Loveyly gardens & house
Deep in the new forrest - house is set in it's own gardents - we rented the wing which had 4 bedrooms - one a tripple with a big double and a single and en-quite shower. Other 3 rooms were small doubles, though one big enough for a travel cot. There's a family bathroom upstairs, and a cloakroom downstairs. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Towels were provided. Everything clean and tidy - nice big main living room with TV, DVD (and a snooker table under the dining table!) - set in beautiful, huge gardens, which we were allowed to wander and great for kids exploring - frinedly owners. Main gate to road was closeable too, handy to stop our toddler finding here way onto the road (though it's a very quiet road - the big gardens have fairly steep hills and lots of places to hide, which meant we still had to keep a close eye on her as she loves to run and hide!). Had a great time - highly recommended.

Ponies,pigs,cattle,donkeys large open spaces and really well placed parking areas all over the forest. Tea shops, pubs and bike rides, then back to the peace of Gaddens in its woodland setting!!
Our favourite visitor sites include beaches, Beaulieu National Motor Museum,
Peppa Pig World, Splashdown water park, Moors Valley country park and railway, plus a host of others and great variety of food and pubs!
Getting around
Beaches: Our favourites are the 20 min drive through the forest to Mudeford Quay and Christchuch Harbour, for a stroll and lunch, alternatively the cliff top at Highclffe or Barton then walk down and along the beach.

Less than 30 mins from the bottom of the M3 motorway. You will be sent all the travel and house details before you arrive.

BY CAR:
Satnav use postcode BH24 3FB BUT check that when you enter this ‘Charles’s Lane’ comes up! If you have an older sat-nav you will need to enter BH24 3DB.
From London (M3 then M27 then A31)
From WEST (Bournemouth A31 to London)
Leave A31 at BURLEY/SERVICES exit.
Gaddens is 6 minutes from this exit.
Travel towards Burley for one mile. Turn Sharp Right, towards Ringwood/Crow. One mile again, then turn left into Charles’s lane (see Gaddens sign on road). ½ mile cross cattle grid Gaddens is 4th entrance on Left. Brick piers, large Gaddens sign.
Plenty of parking on Driveway to House.
If Gates are closed, you will have been sent access code separately. But usually:
