WE HAVE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF £600 FOR THIS PROPERTY. Please contact us for Sailing Regatta and weekend/short week rentals prices.I have tried my best with pricing and dates, especially school holidays which are slightly different all over Europe. Please ask if you require something different though, as I'm sure the above isn't as comprehensive as I would like!The property is available from 4pm on the day of arrival (just ask if you need an earlier time - we will do our best) Departure time is 11am.Electricity and Gas are provided. Towels and bed linen also.We ask you to leave the property as you found it please.To secure your booking we require a 20% deposit in advance.The remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the start of the let. We also require a minimum of £250 damage deposit which is due at the same time as the balance of the rental.This will be sent back as soon as the cleaner/owner or manager has inspected the property at the end of the let.We will send you a contract via em... more
