This popular modern townhouse is of a very high standard and well decorated throughout. This property has a flexible layout making it perfect for large sailing crews, corporate, festivals & large families, with the bonus of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. As this house is set in a quiet, small cul-de-sac so consideration needs to be made to the residents in regards to noise and parking is restricted to one vehicle at the back with on street parking out the front. The four storeys ensures plenty of space for everyone to move about with a good sized balcony off the kitchen to sit in the evenings. This property comes with everything needed for a long or short stay with ample room and facilities.

Excellent location and Very well equipped. The only negative really was the uncomfortable sofa and chairs. We had a 3 week old baby and a 2 year old so didn't go out in the evenings. Having to sit for long periods with very little support meant sore backs all round. Couldn't fault the helpfulness of the owner though who got...

Ideal house for a large group. All mod. cons. A short walk from the Marinas but far enough away to avoid disturbance. Graham could not have tried harder to help.
