Exterior --- - Open car port offers off-road parking and direct access to the front or back door for easy check-in - Family friendly garden split into three zones, patio, decking and pebbles, which wraps around entire house - Corner plot location gains sun throughout the year (when its out!) On the ground floor --- - Open area within the hallway under the stairs for additional storage (prams, brollies and wellies!) - Large open plan living area features a comfortable sofa area for watching the 50' Smart TV and backs on to the dining space which can seat 8 comfortably - 'Snug' room (which is quite large anyhow!) houses a luxury sofa-bed for an additional fourth bedroom along with a 40' smart TV - A convenient downstairs toilet and wash basin - High spec and well-equipped Kitchen including Smeg range cooker and blackboard wall for fun messages or things to do! On the first floor --- There are 3 large upstairs bedrooms each with a console table, mirror lamp and chair, bedside tables with reading lamps and a very spacious built-in wardrobe with ample storage. All bedrooms are lockable by key. - The Master King has a double aspect to create a light airy space. - The Super King can be easily be converted into two single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements - The family room is home to a double bed and bunk to sleep four in total There is a family bathroom, with freestanding bath, toilet, basin and large shower. The second wash room, has luxurious walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Shampoo and washes are available.
