This stylish, newly refurbished, large period apartment is located close to all of Margate’s amenities. It is situated within walking distance of Margate’s mix of restaurants, bars and also just a couple of miles from Margate’s Mainline Station. It has 3 double bedrooms, 1 family bathroom, as well as a separate toilet. The property benefits from its own private entrance, and is set out on one level (lower ground floor). Off the main hallway there are two bedrooms; the master bedroom at the front of the apartment has a kingsized bed, antique wardrobe, small chest of drawers and its own TV. Next to this room is a smaller room set up as a twin bedroom (2 single beds) - but which, on request at the time of booking, can be made up into a large double/kingsized bed. There is a small utility/larder area just off this room which houses the washing machine. The separate toilet is located next to this area. The stunning living room boasts high ceilings and great lighting throughout. There are double patio doors encouraging maximum natural light, which lead directly out onto a large white-washed patio area with small table and two chairs. This delightful apartment also has its own 60ft private garden, with ample seating areas (including sun loungers in the summer months). It has a solid wood garden picnic table and bench (seats 8). The third bedroom and family bathroom are located off the living room. The double bedroom has a large antique pine chest and its own, large built-in wardrobe/storage area directly outside in the small vestibule area. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, and its large window encourages lots of natural light. This delightful apartment caters for all needs; it is child friendly (high chair and fold away cot provided), and as it comfortably sleeps 6 people, it will also be great for groups of friends getting together. It is located on a quiet, secluded road with free on-street parking - yet only a 2 min walk away from all of the local amenities and only few more minutes away from the sea!More
