This property enjoys a fantastic location in the seaside town of Whitstable,right next to the town's sea wall,only ten metres from the seafront. The town is renowned for its culinary heritage,and one of the best-loved gastropubs can be found just moments from the cottage's front door at the end of the road. The town is also a delight for keen shoppers,as well as foodies,as it is home to a fabulous range of independent boutiques,a far-cry from the average UK high street. The gently sloping shingle beach is a lovely place to enjoy seaside walks and a paddle in the sea,or perhaps even have a go at paddleboarding or kayaking at one of the seafront watersports centres. Beyond this room,to the rear of the property,the kitchen/diner has a patio door which leads out to the garden,and is equipped with an oven,hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,and washing machine. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the first floor where the property's two bedrooms are located,as well as the shower room with shower and WC. The main bedroom is a spacious double room with plenty of space for storing clothes,whilst the second bedroom is a cosy bunk bedroom which may suit younger guests. Outside,there is a small courtyard garden to the rear of the property,which is accessed through the patio doors in the kitchen,and,with its garden furniture,is an ideal space for enjoying alfresco drinks or meals. There is roadside parking available locally,or alternatively,guests may prefer to use nearby public car parks. More
