Situated on the first floor of our Victorian Manor House, our Waddow apartment has one double room and a twin room. The apartment has a TV with DVD player, a bathroom with an 'over the bath' shower and a fully equipped kitchen. All bed linen and towels are provided. The ground floor of the building has a licensed bar and pool room for residents only that opens Friday nights and Sunday lunchtimes.

High speed WiFi is available for a charge of £4.99 for 3 days, £8.99 for 7 days and £28.99 for 1 month.

Guests may bring up to 2 well behaved dogs to stay in this apartment for £15 per dog per week. This was a last minute booking. The area is beautiful. The nearby villages are a must to visit. Waddington and Downham and the surrounding area are beautiful. Never, have I met such great people - and so many in one small area! From the pub that served pie, peas and a pint for a fiver and suggested we go over to the chippy for chips to bring back to our table (and then again, because they ran out of peas), to the dog loving community on the...

For 3.5 days we had no television or dvd player. The dvd was fixed on day 4,but we could only get BBC news channel. We had taken dvd's with us as well as our tablet but could not use them via tv untill day four. The rooms were not very clean and the sofa and arm chairs were dirty and...
