An attractive end-terraced property at The Bay, a modern development three miles from Filey. Comfortably furnished and well equipped base for a families to explore the East coast. The house has a spacious open plan living area with French doors opening onto a small private patio with a BBQ. The property is equipped with TV , DVD player and wi-fi access aswell as books and games to occupy the children. Surrounded by communal gardens that include wild flower meadows and ornamental lakes, the house is a short walk to a beautiful secluded sandy beach. The complex has a fantastic swimming pool, gym facilities and tennis court along with a great cafe, restaurant and pub. Lovely week

Lovely week at the house very nice everything you need. Very clean and very peaceful, close to a very nice beach. Pub on site bit expensive but worth a visit.

Peaceful holiday

The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable it contained everything we required we were lucky with the weather and ate on the outside table most nights the garden was a sun trap and it stayed there until after 8 every night We love the bay...More

Just Awesome!

Absolutely brill. Accommodation spotless with everything you could think of available for you. We have been on several occasions now and it never dissapoints. Filey is just beautiful and the beach a 5 minute walk away. We wrapped up well with it being October. We...More

Beautiful cottage pet friendly

This is a beautiful cottage on the bay it is a short walk to the beach which is dog friendly . It is a good walk along the beach to Filey .

Lovely house and owner

We had an amazing week in this house. It was very clean and welcoming and the works on the meadows didn't bother us. We hope to stay again very soon. The owner was great with any questions and arrangements we had. Be back soon
