    The keys are kept on site for you to allow you to arrive and leave with flexibility. We try and maintain a 3 pm arrival and 10am departure but if you would rather arrive leave and it's possible then I'm more than happy to arrange this. There may be a small fee for this.

    Beautiful house, spotlessly clean. Real home from home. We stayed Friday to Monday, 5 adults, a baby & 2 dogs & there was plenty of room. I can’t find any fault at all & will definitely stay there again 😁

    Lots of natural coastal beauty direct access from the house, situated in an area of natural beauty on the East Coast with walks and sights to see in abundance right on your doorstep The Bay Filey, is set beside the picturesque views of Bempton Cliffs and Filey itself. The Bay is a purpose built Holiday Village has been to provide a high standard of accommodation and guest facilities. The North Yorkshire Coast provides easy access and links to the motorway network and by train from Hull and York. It is close to Scarborough and Whitby, and it's surprisingly quick to access the gateway to Pickering and Helmsley by taking a moor crossing into the beautiful Yorkshire Wolds.
    Getting around
    Good access to public bus service at the beginning of the site, literally 2 mins walk from 12 Green Close You do not need a car on the site however I would recommend one for seeing Bempton nature reserve and Filey and Scarborough/Whitby area You're not far from the Yorkshire Dales and Pickering with access easily to the North Yorkshire Moor Railways
