Short Break's are available out of season, a minimum of 2 Nights is available . Prices are calculated at 75% of the weekly rate, ,check in and check out times can be flexible where possible, please request a price for the dates required.

Arrival time is 4pm and Departure time is 10am, these times are flexible out of season.

A Deposit of 20% is payable upon Booking and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.

A fully refundable Good Housekeeping bond is payable of £150.00 which is payable one week prior to arrival

Pets stay free at St Ebbas's Peep. A maximum of two well behaved pets are welcome , special arrangements can be made if more than two pets are to accompany you .

Renowned for its beautiful sweeping sandy bay with miles of sand - perfect for building sand castle and paddling. Watersports are well catered for here too as the bay has its own boat launch facility, kite surfers are fast making this their north east home and the little yacht club regularly holds races off shore during the season.<BR><BR>Beadnell has a breathtaking gently shelving bay and boasts the only harbour on England’s East coast whose entrance actually faces West.
