Swarland Mill is situated in a beautiful part of the Northumbrian Countryside. The property is in a rural setting with the Swarland Burn running within the grounds, eventually running into the River Coquet. The nearest villages are Longframlington and Felton, both 2 miles away in opposite directions.

There is a large south facing front garden, and a terraced patio at the rear of the house. The house is surrounded by fields and is at the bottom of a valley, which makes the area very sheltered. The woods are abundant with wild flowers in springtime and beautiful ferns in summer, making this an ideal location for a peaceful undisturbed holiday.

Swarland Mill is easily accessed from the A1. Just north of Morpeth at the A1 / A697 junction, take the A697 to Wooler. Pass through Longhorsley, staying on the A697 until approaching the village of Longframligton (8 miles after leaving A1).

50 yds before entering Longframlington, is a right turn signposted to Swarland and Felton (B6345). Swarland Mill is precisely 1.9 miles from this turning.
