The cottage is the ideal base to explore Exmoor National Park with its glorious moorland countryside,Red Deer and Exmoor ponies,both of which can be spotted regularly in the fields adjoining the property.  With no end of walks to choose from in and around the area you will be able to witness first hand the amazing views,the area has to offer. During the early autumn you may be lucky to see and hear the Red Deer rutting,where Stags compete for female deer with much clattering of antlers and bellowing can be heard sometimes. Our coastline is within easy driving distance to the wonderful sandy beaches of Devon and West Somerset,where you can sunbathe,surf or swim. The coast to the North at Porlock and Minehead (with its lovely steam railway) is a short drive away with wonderful long sandy be... These beaches are particularly popular with families for swimming and surfing. Step inside and you’ll be immediately greeted into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner,with high ceilings and exposed beams this property has plenty of character. The lounge area has comfy seating and a TV/DVD for you to sit and relax after a busy day exploring whilst watching your favourite film. Cook up a romantic meal for two in the well-equipped kitchen with,electric oven and hob,combi microwave oven,fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Head further into the property and you will find the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. And separate WC. Heading outside to a small enclosed patio area and a shared lawn area with garden furniture and lovely views for you to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. There is off-road parking for one car. More
