A lovely detached house set in mature woodland grounds of 1.3 acres. It is furnished to a high standard and fully equipped for both business travellers and family and friends.
The house is spacious yet cosy with a wood burner in the Kitchen and an open fire in the sitting room.
The house sleeps up to 8 adults. There are three spacious double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower and a Jacuzzi bath. There is a single room with a pull out extra bed if required. The family bathroom on the same level as the bedrooms also has a large walk in shower and bath, opposite is a separate toilet room.
The kitchen is a fantastic place to entertain family and friends and the whole downstairs level is dog friendly. The house sits on 1.3 acres of managed woodland and is perfect for everyone to enjoy including dogs, as it is secure. There are various sitting and dining areas in the garden to enjoy the sunshine at all times of the day.
The property is situated close to Goodwood, a 10 mins drive away and within a 2 minute drive to Fontwell race course. The property is on the boarder of the South Downs national park and within a 15 minute drive from the beach.
The property is managed by 'Chichester Holiday Properties Ltd' which provides 24 hour emergency call assistance for all guests. A member of our team will meet and greet you at the property and go through a couple of standard procedures with you. The linens are all professional laundered and the property is cleaning by a team that we have been working with on other holiday properties for 4 years. The team is on hand to help you with any queries, before, during or even after your visit.

Set in a quite Lane the property has much to offer in the local area. Such as the South Downs National Park and the south coast offering plenty of nature or children activities. Although the surroundings are peaceful the property is only a 5 minute drive away from the A27 which is brilliant for connections to Chichester or Arundel or if you fancy going futher a field Portsmouth is only 40 minutes away and Brighton 1h10.
Walberton is a quaint small typical English village just a 10 minute walk away down a country lane. It consists of a post office, a launderette, duck pond, village shop and a pub (which serves excellent food.)
Getting around
A car is necessary but not essential. It is possible to arrive via train to Barnham and then catch a bus or taxi to the property. There is lots to see and do in the local area, so would recommend a car to make your trip worth while.
