Close to Amish Country and the quaint little town of Chagrin Falls. Both are within 20 minutes driving distance. Plenty of unique shopping and amazing dining opportunities. Relax in the Tiki Bar and enjoy cocktails by the pool. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub surrounded by the sounds of nature. Enjoy the view of horses and goats roaming in the paddocks. Full kitchen with all the tools you need to cook an amazing meal or simply cook out on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit for a cozy country bonfire at night. Sit around the fire pit for a cozy country bonfire at night. If you have horses and a trailer I can also accommodate up to 2 horses in my barn. Absolutely beautiful riding trails nearby. If it’s a little chilly and you feel the need for watching TV by the fireplace inside, it makes for a cozy evening. Feel free to explore the woods and go for a hike. Plenty do do and see all wrapped up in this country home. (🐯 My kitty, Itty Bitty, comes and goes as she pleases. Sometimes she enters the house. If this is a problem or if you have allergies please let me know in advance.). The pool closes after the first week in October. The hot tub remains open for the entire winter. Winter is beautiful here. Go for a walk in the woods, make a fire in the fire pit while soaking in the hot tub. Indoor fireplace is also a favorite. If you want to get away from the every day hustle and bustle of life, come to relax and tune out the rest of the world for a while. The pool will officially close October 2, 2023 and will reopen in May 2024. The hot tub will still be open for use all throughout the winter. All of my reviews are listed on VRBO. I preferred to book through there.

Guest must be at least 30 years old to rent. Valid drivers license must be produced. Any children from the ages of 0 to 17 must have an adult present on the property at all times when staying. Any guests on the property over the limit of eight, must pay an additional $35/night. Camera in the barn, driveway, and doorbell. There are NO cameras in the house, pool or hot tub area NO ONE IS TO ENTER THE BARN FOR YOUR SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF THE ANIMALS. SMOKING OUTSIDE ONLY
