Hidden Valley Cabin is nested in a secluded valley amongst 60 scenic acres. This is the only cottage on the property- besides our home, we also live in the valley and are available should you need anything. Please note that our home is close to the cabin and it can be seen from the cottage, but is separated by a yard and landscaping. Enjoy the serene setting overlooking the stocked pond which is spring fed and crystal clear. Great for fishing and swimming. A sandy beach with chairs and picnic table is the perfect place to relax. Or try your hand at Gold Panning in the Little Killbuck Creek. We supply all the pans & yes, guests have found Gold & you can keep what you find. We also have a Geocaching adventure with use of our Magellan GPS to find the many hidden treasures . Kids will enjoy th...Hidden Valley Cabin is nested in a secluded valley amongst 60 scenic acres. Only 10 Minutes from downtown Wooster, 15 minutes from Ashland. Close to Millersburg & Amish Country. Enjoy visiting Lehmans, P. Graham Dunn, OSU, ATI, Ohio Light Opera, Smuckers & more!
'The Driveway'- we have a 1/4 mile long driveway. It is steep and windy with a hillside on one side of the drive and a ravine on the other. If you go slow you will be just fine. The drive is mostly asphalt filled and graded with stone and asphalt grindings. Our property and drive resemble places like Hocking Hills or the Mohican area, but not nearly as hilly as the mountains of West Virginia or the Appalachian Mountains! If you are afraid to drive in the rolling hills of places like these, our cabin is not for you.
Check in is 3pm or later, and check out time is 11 a. We are unable to allow early check in or late departures.
45 Minutes from Akron Canton & 1 hr south of Cleveland.More

Very nice quiet week. Beautiful surroundings. Very special owner. Cabin is very comfortable and best sleep I have had in years. Sitting by the pretty lake was so nice.
Beautiful area nestled down winding gravel drive. Please do not take your low rider. Take the SUV and take your time.
Glamping at it's finest. Bring the fishing pole.
Wonderful owner.
Just a 1/4 mile off the road, as soon as you come down the hill, you are immediately transported to a nature oasis. Trees, flowers, dock, hammock, beach, pond... it's a sanctuary. Step inside and discover antiques, history of the cabin, beautiful decor, and comfortable...More

Aww thank you so much for the kind words! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay with us at Hidden Valley Cabin!
We booked this gem at the last minute and found the Cabin and grounds in perfect condition. Amazing wild life, a pet turkey, ducks, fish, and my wife spotted a fox. Owners very friendly.
Beautiful area and away from the crowds but close enough to the Amish area if interested. Restaurants from fast food to fine dining within 15 minutes. Cabin was fully stocked and clean. Our host was very accommodating.
We will go back.
Jenny, thank you for a wonderful time. We needed a place to just relax and your cabin was perfect. The scenery was out of this world. The pond was really nice, enjoyed watching the ducks and fish. Couldn't keep the dog in, she wanted to...More

Just look for the number 8 Mile Marker and go all the way down the beautiful scenic winding drive. You will see a small sign for Hidden Valley Cabin part way down the drive. There is a house at the drive entrance, not us, keep going until you see the pond and cottage.
