Please read the following FAQs: Are the cabins on the river? Yes we are! All of our cabins have river access where you can swim, fish, and kayak. Can we come earlier than the 3:00 p.m. check in time? Early check ins must be requested in advance.  If at all possible, an earlier check in time will be given.  However, if the cabin is booked the night before your arrival, it will be impossible. Can we leave later than the 11:00 a.m. check out time? No. Housekeeping will arrive promptly at 11 to begin cleaning.  If we are able to allow a late check out, we'll be happy to! But prior arrangements must be made. How do I check in? Self check in!  You will not check into an office.  You will receive an email 1 - 2 weeks prior to check in with directions and the door code. Can I bring my pet? Yes, pets are allowed with a $50 non-refundable pet fee for up to two. More than two will require an additional fee.  Cats are not allowed. What if I have to cancel? If you make your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, 100% of your paid charges will be refunded minus a $75 cancellation fee.  How far are you from the lake? We are about a 25 minute drive from Hochatown, Beaver's Bend State Park, and Broken Bow Lake. Will firewood be provided for the fire pit? Yes, we stock firewood for you! Some guests like to bring fire starter to make building a fire easier.   How high will the river be during my stay? We have no way to predict the water levels. Several factors determine the river level. Summer months are usually at the lowest level. What do I need to bring? charcoal lighter fluid fire starter ice sunscreen insect repellant bottled water river towels lawn chairs to use on the river bank floaties and fishing poles Where's the closest grocery store? Pruett's in Broken Bow is the only grocery store in town other than Walmart, which is not a supercenter. The cabins are about 15 minutes from these stores. Does the kitchen have dishes, pots, and pans? Yes!  The kitchens are fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, everything!  However, grab paper plates and plastic cups, forks, and spoons if you don't want to do dishes. We also provide 1 roll of paper towels, several garbage bags, and dish detergent. Is the grill gas or charcoal? Charcoal. Do the cabins have wi-fi? Yes, we do! The log-in will be posted on the fridge. Do the TVs have cable? Yes! Let us know if you have any other questions!

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.
If you have submitted a review for a holiday rental property, we may also ask that you provide us with proof of your stay to ensure that your review is attached to the correct rental property.
Holiday rental reviews collected via the VRBO website (formerly Homeaway) and syndicated to the Tripadvisor website are not currently subject to Tripadvisor’s standard moderation processes.

Great place to stay
The cabin exceeded my expectations. It had complimentary gifts upon arrival, a very nice and clean setting, it was warm and cozy, and had everything. The hot tub and kayaks were really fun, and the cabin had everything we needed to cook, clean, and be comfortable. Definitely coming back at some point.

Amazing
My wife and I decided to go to Broken Bow. It has been 2-3 years since we last went. The thing that really drew me to this cabin is it is right on the river. I was really impressed with Dawnisa as she went to great lengths to answer all my questions and to make sure everything was perfect. It was too cold and rainy for us but would loved to have used the fire pit, hot tub, and horseshoe pit. Broken Bow has a lot of cabins you can rent but I would say River Top cabins are in a league of their own. I was really concerned the cabin would be hard to find but the directions Dawnisa sent were super easy to follow.

Incredible View
The view from this cabin was breathtaking. The cabin had everything we needed, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the games inside and out were perfect to keep our kids entertained. I woke up at 6 am our last day to watch the sun come up and even got to spot an otter! Made my day!

Beautiful view
It was so awesome being able to stay right on the river! The t.v. outside was a big hit with my husband and my kids enjoyed the hot tub and playing corn hole and of course being able to hop in a kayak and play in the water. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Customer Service
I was really sad because we were really looking forward to staying in this particular cabin. The owner called me to cancel my reservation due to the back deck being flooded. We have gotten a lot of rain in Oklahoma this year. For safety concerns, we both decided to cancel. The owner helped us: 1. Find a new cabin 2. Refunded us half of our money 4. Booked the new cabin for us on her expense! She paid the extra cost to rent another cabin so we weren’t having to pay more than we had originally planned to pay. I definitely want to come back and stay in a cabin and I will def look for one of her cabins to stay in! Thank you for going above and beyond!

You are very welcome! But the thanks goes to you and your group of girls for being so understanding and cooperative about the last minute switch! Fingers crossed that this is the last reservation that has to be canceled because of a deck! I truly appreciate your review and cannot wait to have you as guests for your next trip to Broken Bow!

Fantastic Customer Service
We had such a nice time at Rivertop Cabins on our vacation near Broken Bow, OK. My youngest and I loved relaxing on the deck right above Mountain Fork River. We also enjoyed cooking on the grill, making s’mores on the fire pit, hanging out in the hot tub, fishing, playing frisbee, and playing horseshoes. The river was running fast, due to the lake releasing water from flooding, so we did not get to use the kayaks. This was what you call glamping! You get the beautiful outdoors plus all the cozy comforts of home! The cabin is very comfortable with all the amenities you could think of and not think of. Some of the plusses were matches, flashlight, and lantern. We had 2 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room to spread out. We played a few card games on the deck by the house and my oldest enjoyed working on a puzzle. We enjoyed the complimentary fudge, wine, and water! That was a very nice touch for us. It was an awesome place to visit with excellent customer service from management. If you come across an issue she will be sure to correct it for you!
