1953 Wedgewood, perfectly tuned. Great for baking.

This a 1100 square foot house built in 1906 with large rooms and a large yard. It contains all the things you might need like internet, board games, washer/dryer, kitchen accoutrement, a decent record collection, and a piano. This is a guest house, so you won't have to work around anyone's clothes or clutter. It's close to places you might want to go, like bars and restaurants on Alberta, Mississippi, and in Woodlawn, the #6 bus, which will take you downtown, the tennis courts at Alberta Park and Peninsula Park, and a Safeway a block away. There's plenty of parking on the street, or you may park your car behind the gate in the driveway. Play the upright piano. Sit around in the garden.

There's an easy-to use thermostat and a new gas furnace which heats up the house quickly. There's also a new tankless water heater...

At the edge of a very nice area in the north of downtown Portland. So walking a few blocks (or 1/2 mile or so) and things are quite interesting and lovely. The house is old and refurbished but of low quality materials. Ikea kitchen for...More
