The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, along with towels, shampoos, and lotions to spoil you. Kitchen is fully stocked with pantry items, as well as dishes to serve up your specialty. We supply fresh ground coffee and herbal teas, along with other items stocked in the kitchen. Sitting nook by the wood stove also has great river view for reading and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighborhood with a covered deck for sitting outside enjoying the river and mountain view. A few blocks from the promenade with sidewalks along the beach and downtown Seaside with restaurants and cute shops, the convention center, and the factory outlet mall. Off street parking for two vehicles provided. Stocked with games, toys, and tennis rackets for hours of fun! The best shell collecting beach is 1.5 blocks away and Seaside is a bicycling paradise. Golf, bike rentals, fun parks, helicopter rides and bakeries are located close by for your enjoyment. Participate in fishing and kayaking, by stepping outside to the rivers edge. Wonderful stay with good friends in a great location

Walking distance to the beach and downtown Seaside. I was there with two friends for a conference, and it was the perfect place to chat and decompress. The hot tub was wonderful to use on the chilly January nights. The property was very clean and secure, and the owner was super responsive. (Apologies for the late review!)

Wonderful Beach Getaway

The home was cozy and beautiful, and the suggestions for attractions/restaurants were on point! The location was just a block or two to the beach.

About the neighbourhood

Lots of activities abound in the area. From bike riding to the arcade, there is much to do. Cute coastal towns dot the coastline and each town offers fun activities. Lots of hiking trails, beach walks, and shops, along with good restaurants make Seaside a great destination. The prom that stretches two miles along the ocean is a huge draw.

Getting around

Bus routes go up and down the coastline, as well as from downtown Portland. It is easy to bike and walk around Seaside.

Most people come through Portland to arrive in Seaside (a straight drive on hwy. 26), although some come along coast from Seattle or California. Most arrive by car, although there are daily buses from Portland.
