The Perfect Family Home in Sunriver!

This is the perfect family home in Sunriver! We're about three months into quarantine and as Oregon is slowing starting to open back up we were itching for sunnier weather and change of scenery over the long Memorial Day weekend. We booked the home about a week in advance and got a GREAT deal! I'm so glad we did. The home is SPARKLING clean, updated and feels like a classic Sunriver lodge-type home! We even wondered if it had just been purchased/remodeled because the floors were perfect, not a single wall scuff, rust spot, knick, stain...nothing. Check-in was super simple by just using the code and the home smelled freshly cleaned. The layout is classic split level. The kitchen is perfect, organized, clean and full of everything you could possibly need, including a blender, toaster, crockpot, coffee grinder, champagne flutes and more -- so much more thoughtful than other rental homes I've stayed in. The master bedroom and bathroom are on the main floor, which is very convenient. I wish the master bed was a king, but the queen was very comfortable and the room was spacious with a dresser, closet and nightstands. Downstairs is two bedrooms, one with a queen, and one with a bunk set (twin on top, double on the bottom, and twin trundle), a spacious bathroom, and a fully accessible laundry room stocked with laundry pods and fabric softener sheets. The most wonderful thing about this home (and there are many!) is the privacy of the forested area behind it off the back deck. This is ideal for kids as you can sit on the deck and watch your kids play in a spacious area, including a huge rock fort for climbing and building! The deck includes furniture and a gas grill, plus a BRAND NEW hot tub on the lower deck, which the neighbor said has just been installed the week prior. The home is a 5-minute bike ride to the SHARC and an 8-minute bike ride to the Village, and it's located on a private circle, so zero traffic and great for playing/biking, etc. This is truly the perfect family rental home for our family of 5, but could accommodate up to 7 comfortably. I would for sure rent this home again!
