Wicks Getaway is furnished with all comforts in mind; the living room furniture is designed to let you relax after a day at the beach. There is a wicker outdoor set on the living room balcony to enjoy the outdoors while overlooking the pool and courtyard. The dining room has a spacious table to accompany eight guests comfortably. And the open concept kitchen/ dining room/ living room give you a large open feeling. There are wall to wall windows that provide plenty of light. There is a wicker outdoor set on the living room balcony to enjoy the outdoors while overlooking the pool and courtyard. The dining room has a spacious table to accompany eight guests comfortably. And the open concept kitchen/ dining room/ living room give you a large open feeling. There are wall to wall windows that provide plenty of light. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a custom built bunk bed queen over king size. This will let your guests have lots of room for a nice sleep. The condo is separated into two floors with the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor; each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and its own air conditioner. The living area is located on the second floor. It is equipped with two air conditioners and a bathroom. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV with high definition cable and wireless internet. Allowing you enjoy your favourite channels and do your business with a relief of mind. There is a BBQ on the balcony located off the kitchen for outdoor cooking. As well as a built in BBQ located outside around the pool area. The kitchen has a gas range and a large refrigerator with a big freezer. All bedding, towels, dishes, and pots and pans are supplied. There is a spiral staircase located on the kitchen patio leading to the fifth and largest outdoor space. The roof patio is equipped with water and lighting, and can accommodate a large group. The master bedroom and living room balconies overlook the courtyard and pool which give you a feeling of privacy while still giving a view of the bay and town, and of course the Jesus statue which is magnificent when lit up at night. This condo is used as our winter getaway and is set up to accommodate our family of six to eight with all the comforts we have come to appreciate at home. We are located less than a 10 minute walk to the heart of town. San Juan del Sur is home to a vibrant local culture mixed with a sizable ex-pat community. This small town offers a large variety of activities for everyone – whether you’re looking to sail on a catamaran, enjoy an afternoon on horseback, or just spend the day eating, drinking, and soaking up the sun – you will always have something to do in this bustling surf town. Come and enjoy!

Stop by La Flor beach, where sea turtles waddle ashore to lay their eggs in late autumn. The Pacific ocean is rife with possibilities, from Scuba diving to deep-sea fishing to surfing (especially at Playa Maderas, twenty minutes away).
