Lovely sunny garden!
The garden is small but gets plenty of sun. It has a bench seat, table and chairs for four.
Small but perfectly formed!
McCarron kitchen/Miele appliances. The kitchen is small but has all you need for an enjoyable stay.
The main living/dining area. A bright sunny room with two comfy sofas.

Master Bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage space.

The Manse is located in the centre of this thriving market town but tucked away in a very quiet position, two minutes walk from the High Street! It is perfect for exploring Wiltshire and beyond. There is private parking for one car but a car is not necessary.
The Manse has been completely renovated in the last four years.
The cottage has a small kitchen and sitting/dining room on the ground floor. The kitchen is a McCarron and Co, Quadrant kitchen with honed marble worktops. The house is very well equipped and has oven, hob, extractor, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room has a TV, DVD, two sofas and occasional tables. The dining table seats 4 comfortably.

Wonderful cottage with everything needed to make a pleasant break. Marlborough is still a good base for touring around Wiltshire and the countryside is beautiful. Plenty of places to eat and would recommend Pinos for a special occasion. The cottage is very quite and peaceful although it is only minutes away from the town. Well kept, very clean and well equipped cottage with great attention to detail. We booked for relatives to stay over Christmas and the cottage had been decorated and was warm and cosy on arrival, with mince pies waiting for us. The location is excellent for town. The parking space is quite tricky to manoeuvre but to have parking in Marlborough...

A lovely place to stay. Quiet location just a short walk away from good shops, restaurants and pubs!... This is the second visit to see the New Year in with a friend and really enjoyed our stay once again. Highly recommended.
