Hi and thank you for checking out our holiday house. The house has a private gated south facing garden with patio dining furniture for 6. Off road parking for 3-4 cars. Comfortable lounge with SMART TV, DVD / Blu Ray, NETFLIX and Unlimited Superfast Wifi. Dining room seating for 6 with SMART TV, through to fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and a washing machine. Separate downstairs WC. Upstairs there's a family bathroom with double shower, separate bath, basin and WC. Bedroom 1 - Double bed with travel cot. There is a wardrobe, drawers and hair dryer. The house is perfect, it's got easy access to the main area or 5 minute walk to the front and an ideally situated for the surrounding area. The owners response is fantastic and I can't wait to go again

Our holiday house is just 150m from the seafront. For your convenience there is a TESCO Extra (with FREE cashpoint) on Flamborough road just a 2 minute walk from the house and there are a number of Takeaways.
Getting around
Bridlington Leisure Centre is less than a 5 minute walk from the house. And there is a cinema and bowling alley in the Forum Centre accessible from the Promenade or Esplanade just 10 minutes stroll from the house. We've enjoyed breakfast with a view of the sea at The Beach Hut on North Marine Drive and coffee and crazy golf overlooking the bay at Beaconsfield Promenade on the corner of St Anne's Drive. And we would recommend 'Fish and Chips at 149' on Marton Road- they'll even tell you which boat caught your fish!
